The memory of Mick Wyld lives on.

A fantastic turnout for Micks Memorial Meeting ..a meeting that featured a fair number of race cars that Mick had either built or been an advisor in their construction.

Many of Micks friends from his Amen Corner days attended to pay tribute to a sorely missed friend and competitor...Mick was not only a great constructor but also a very competitive driver ..winning the respect of all who knew him.

It was an honour to welcome Micks daughter Shelley, back to Oxton Raceway and we thank her for presenting the following awards in memory of her Fathers name .

The best turned out Nottingham car award was won by Kerrilee Wilson N225. Our thanks to Matt Edwards of Mansfield 103.2 FM for judging this competion.

The highest Nottingham points scorers at the meeting was a joint effort... the winners were once again Kerrilee and also Joe Smith N333.

The Mick Wyld Champion of Champions race was a credit to our sport, great entertainment and won by Phil Cooper ARC5
